Tom Molloy - Co Founder/ Performance Coach

    Tom Molloy is an expert in fitness, breath, and recovery. Over the last decade, he has coached high-performing professional teams and individuals in both sport and business, all with one goal in mind: making an impact. Through his journey, Tom has successfully managed his own health challenges, including chronic knee and hip osteoarthritis, allowing him to lead a healthy and active life.

    Now, he shares his knowledge and experience with others who seek to improve their own performance and health.

    Tom's passion for helping others live happy, healthy lives is evident through his work with non-profit organisations such as Surf Life Saving Australia, SugarByHalf, Movember, and the Tiwi Education Board. In his personal life, he is a devoted husband and father of three amazing children. He and his family split their time between living in and around Noosa, traveling, staying in top shape, and embracing everyday adventures.

Dr Viktoria Molloy - Co Founder / Physiotherapist & Health Coach

    Dr. Viktoria Molloy is an expert in managing difficult-to-treat, long-term injuries, with a particular focus on the lower back and knee. Her primary goal is to provide individualised exercise solutions and holistic patient education for people experiencing persistent pain. As an avid long-distance runner and running coach, she also specialises in treating running-related injuries.

    With a PhD completed 11 years ago and an extensive research background, Dr. Vik is passionate about combining her research knowledge and vast clinical experience to help patients of all ages and activity levels return to the activities they love.

Ash Holmyard - Remedial Massage Therapist & Receptionist

  • (Dip. Remedial Massage Therapy, Certified Pregnancy Massage Practitioner, Level 1 Sports Trainer)

    With seven years of dedicated experience in massage therapy, Ash brings a wealth of expertise and a deep passion for holistic wellness to every session. Her diverse skill set encompasses a wide range of treatments, including sports massage therapy, trigger point therapy, and specialised care for pregnancy and post-partum needs. She is also adept in pain management and chronic condition rehabilitation, utilising advanced techniques such as myocardial cupping therapy and IASTM blade therapy.

    Ash has had the privilege of working with elite athletes across Australia through the AFL Umpiring Department, including being chosen to work the AFL Grand Final in 2023.

    Her commitment to excellence and personalised care ensures that each client, whether seeking performance enhancement, therapeutic relief, or specialised pregnancy and post-partum massage, receives the most effective and tailored treatment possible.

Sue Theodore - Myotherapist/Massage Therapist

    Sue brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Activate Body, having successfully operated her own practice in Lorne, Victoria, for the past 11 years.

    With an impressive background working with the Geelong Football Club for 8 years, Sue has honed her skills in sports therapy and rehabilitation.

    Her diverse clientele includes a wide range of elite athletes, including professional rowers and cyclists, who benefit from her tailored approach to performance enhancement and injury prevention. Sue is committed to helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals through personalised care and evidence-based practices.
