S.M.A.R.T. TRAINING
Our signature training format—S.M.A.R.T. stands for Strength, Mobility, and All-body Resistance Training. Structured sessions to build strong, mobile, capable bodies with variety in movement and progressive load. Separate sessions tailored to Men and Women for targeted results.

S.M.A.R.T. BODY - LEGS
Strength. Mobility. All-body Resistance Training focused lower-body strength and mobility class targeting hips, glutes, and legs. Great for those wanting to build lower-body capacity and confidence.

S.M.A.R.T. BODY - SHOULDERS
Strength. Mobility. All-body Resistance Training focused build upper body power, shoulder stability and posture. This class focuses on strengthening the shoulders, improving upper body mobility, and creating postural balance—especially important for pickleballers, surfers and anyone with shoulder issues.

S.M.A.R.T. BALANCE
Strength. Mobility. All-body Resistance Training with Fun, flow and form. This women-focused class blends core strength, movement quality, and balance. Great for those who enjoy variety, structure, and a low-impact, empowering start to the day.

HOF CIRCUIT TRAINING
It’s full of Heart, Oxygen, Function – Full Body Circuit. Our new and growing training modality combining aerobic conditioning with resistance and mobility work, HOF Circuit Training is designed to build full-body strength and cardio endurance. Expect a motivating group format with high energy and progressive challenges.

ACTIVATE BODY NOOSA PICKLEBALL
Movement. Connection. Fun.**
Join us on Wednesday afternoons for a casual and energetic Pickleball session at Activate Body Noosa. Whether you’re new to the sport or already hooked, this social game blends agility, coordination, and strategy into a fun and welcoming environment. Great for improving reaction time, footwork, and community connection. All levels welcome.
