Bring: Workout gear, swimmers, water, towel

Captain Phil will ferry you across to Club Riley. You have your own boat/jetski please advise. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by your hosts and guided by me through a revitalising morning including:
• Mobility workout
• Breathwork
• Optional ice bath
After the session, you’ll be treated to delicious coffee and breakfast offerings. Please complete your order form BELOW by 12PM Thursday 11 Dec 2025.
