Matwork Pilates

At Activate Body, our Matwork Pilates classes are built on a strong foundation of core Pilates principles—breath, alignment, control, and precision. We focus on teaching these fundamentals first, then gradually build strength, stability, and flexibility through progressive movements.

Using resistance bands, we add variety and challenge to traditional mat exercises. The bands help deepen muscle engagement, enhance control, and support proper form, making each workout both effective and accessible.
