  • When: Yoga Flow - Monday @ 5PM. Yin Yoga - Thursday @ 6PM

  • What to Bring: Workout clothes, water and towel.

  • Recommendations: Comfortably hydrated, limit food and caffeine before hand - bring best self.

  • Level: These classs is open to all abilities

  • Price: $30 per class or $250 for 10 sessions

About the classes

Yoga Flow allows you to move your body with your breath from pose to pose. Our yoga flow offers strength, flexibility, concentration, breath work with a form of meditation, making it a great starting point for beginners. It is designed to slow down after a fast day - to find calm and relaxation by using our breath and moving our body mindfully.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that involves holding seated or supine poses for several minutes at a time. This allows for a deep stretch and release in the connective tissues of the body, such as the fascia, ligaments, and joints. The benefits of Yin Yoga include improved flexibility and joint mobility, reduced stress and anxiety, increased circulation, and a sense of relaxation and calm. It is also a great complement to more active styles of yoga or exercise, as it helps to balance and restore the body.


About LAN

Hi, I am Lan, Yoga Teacher. My way of teaching is focused on the connection to ourselves - to our physical body, to our emotions, our spirit, our thoughts. To be able to find that connection within your practice, I like to slow down, to teach a gentle flow. Calming our nervous system from the buzz of daily life. I completed my 200 hr YTT with Elements Yoga Academy in Brisbane in 2021. Yoga has been part of my life since my time at med school where I discovered the magic of breath, movement and stillness as a counterpart to a busy and at times stressful life.

I am a trained medical doctor for general and family medicine, nutrition and acupuncture, health mentor and coach and being a Yoga teacher is for me another way of inspiring humans to live their best healthy life.
