Come and join our XPT Certified and Wim Hof trained coach, Tomas Molloy, and experience performance breathing, functional movement and cold and heat exposure.
Dr Vik Molloy will be available to answer any physio related questions and private health rebates apply. Spots are strictly limited.
What to Expect
You will learn some of the most powerful methods in health and performance training and how to incorporate these into your own life. It's the ultimate training session for any fitness level.

Food and Drink: Light snacks and drinks will be provided
What to bring: Towel, board shorts/bathers, runners and sportswear, spare clothes to change into after.
Make sure you are reasonably rested, hydrated and have had a light lunch (particularly if you are coming off the beach).
It is recommended that you take it easy and avoid stress after the session to enjoy the full benefit of the experience.
Are Private Rebates available? Yes, for people with private health cover we offer a brief physio consultation to help with injury assessment and management.
What fitness level do I need to be? This is a supportive and fun environment and the program is progressive which caters for men and women from beginner to elite fitness levels. The main focus of this experience is to help develop your breathing capacity, mobilise your body with functional movement and develop higher levels of resilience to stress.
Do I have to do all the activities? Our role is to provide you with the right guidance to support you through each activity and we encourage you to participate as much as you can. Ultimately this is your experience and you always have a choice.
Can I come by myself? Absolutely, regardless of whether you come by yourself or with a friend the workshop is a personal experience shared in a supportive and fun environment.

I can’t recommend both Viktoria and Tomas highly enough. I’ve seen Viktoria since having my hip replaced 7 weeks ago and is getting my strength back to my leg with different exercises which can be monitored on your phone with PhysiApp. Tomas’s breathing clinics are fantastic with the use of the heat and ice therapy are such a great experience.
