  • 6:00-6:45pm Wim Hof and XPT Performance Breathing Methods to control state, increase capacity and CO2 tolerance

  • 6:50:00-7:30pm Ice (Optional)

  • 7:30 -8:00pm Wrap up discussion and Q&A

  • Make sure you are reasonably hydrated.

  • Avoid or limit alcohol consumption after the event - (you won’t need it)

  • It is recommended that you take it easy and avoid stress after the session to enjoy the full benefit of the experience. 


  • What fitness level do I need to be? This is a supportive and fun environment and the program is progressive which caters for men and women from beginner to elite fitness levels. The main focus of this experience is to help develop your breathing capacity, mobilise your body with functional movement and develop higher levels of resilience to stress.

  • Do I have to do all the activities? Our role is to provide you with the right guidance to support you through each activity and we encourage you to participate as much as you can. Ultimately this is your experience and you always have a choice.

  • Can I come by myself? Absolutely, regardless of whether you come by yourself or with a business associate, or a friend the workshop is a personal experience shared in a supportive and fun environment.
