Broadmeadows Workshop Series - 2019

  • Performance Breathing Introduction 18 July

  • Breathing for management of stress and anxiety 23 July

  • Breathing for optimal health and wellbeing 25 July

    What to bring?

  • Comfortable clothes for movement, lying down and breathing

  • Yoga mat or towel is preferred but not mandatory.

What is included?

  • Access to 3 workshops with expert performance coaches Tom Molloy and Dr Viktoria Molloy

  • ActivateBody Performance Breathing Journal

  • Access to ActivateAir Performance Breathing Portal - 3 months

  • Level 1 Performance Breathing Certificate for participants completing all 3 workshops
