Community Wellness and Fitness Events
Come join performance coach Tom Molloy for an Community XPT Fitness Event. There is no cost but we will be raising money and awareness for the charity programs we support and you have the option to dig in and help out too. During these session we will introduce the foundations of proper breathing as well and some great movement exercises to optimize your health and performance.
