Group Recovery Sessions

Join us for a recovery session where you will experience the benefits of heat and cold exposure therapy as well as breathing and movement exercises to get your mind and body in recovery state.

The recovery sessions provide a multitude of health benefits including a decrease inflammation and a balance of hormones so you can develop and evolve with your physical performance and everyday life. Sessions are strictly capped at 8 clients and we highly recommend booking a few days before the session. What to Bring: Bring a towel, yoga mat (if you have one), board shorts/bathers, drink bottle, comfortable clothes to wear after.

Recommendations: It is recommended that you take it easy and avoid stress after the session to enjoy the full benefit of the therapy.

Recovery Sessions Combine Basic Performance Breathing, Heat Exposure and Cold Exposure. They are designed with the latest techniques and scientifically proven methods to help take your training to the next level.

Basic Performance Breathing: Discover the health and performance benefits through our Performance Breathing Classes which will enable you to tap into the immense capacity for your breath. Performance Breathing will educate you on specialised breathing techniques to raise your oxygen levels and increase your oxygen capacity to its fullest potential.

Heat Exposure: Heat exposure using our barrel sauna is the deliberate and controlled exposure to hot temperatures outside the normal range experiences in one’s day to day life in order to elicit positive adaptations. The temperature range for our sauna is 60-80 degrees Celsius. Our classes combine breathing techniques and heat exposure therapy to assist with increasing endurance, muscle hypertrophy following training, environmental exposure, mental resilience and stress management.

Cold Exposure: Cold Exposure using our professional ice-baths is the deliberate and controlled exposure to cold temperatures outside the normal range experienced in one’s day to day life in order to elicit positive adaptations. It is typically in the range of 0-15 degrees Celsius. Our classes combine breathing techniques and cold exposure therapy to assist with training recovery, injury recovery, fat burning, environmental exposure, mental resilience and stress management.
